The Hula Loop is a hop on hop off bus service that travels around the main island and includes heaps of free activities including sandboarding, trekking, river tubing, trips to secluded waterfalls, traditional kava ceremony, bilibili rafting, bathing in hot springs and mud pools, sampling sugar cane and more...
The advantage is that you can take 4 days, 4 weeks or 4 months! - just get off and get back on where you left off! The added bonus is that your ticket is valid for six months, so if you really like one place, you can rest up and explore awhile.
There are two options:
The Hula Loop
This includes your pass and all activities but does not include accommodation. The tour operator, Feejee Experience, will hold beds for you in their preferred hostels for each overnight stop - ensuring you don't go without a bed.
You just need to organise your own payment. However, if you would like to stay somewhere else they'll also book this for you and drop you at the door of the selected accommodation.
Or you can do the The Hula (Hotel) Loop
This includes the bus pass, all the fun and all your accommodation in one package - the choice is yours.
Mango Bay Resort provides a variety of architecturally designed accommodation options to suit all budget needs: from the intimate Beachfront Bures and African Safari Tents to the more social Group Bures.
Guests can refresh and relax in the beachfront lagoon pool, and sip on a cocktail at the sunken swim up pool bar. There's also 'The Moody Marlin' Restaurant a la carte lunch and dinner menus offering fresh and tasty dishes.
And , for those of you that want fun, adventure and a chance to get active there is a huge array of daily activities - water sports, game fishing, PADI scuba diving, snorkelling, sunset cruises, day trips amongst others.
