The latest additions to the line-up are three Chinese CJ-6A Nanchangs. FCI is owned and operated by ex RAAF QFI Drew Searle, and pilot Darius Pavri and all the additional pilots have an Air Force or military background.
Fighter Combat International have put together a package where anyone can experience a day in the life of a fighter pilot. You start off the day getting your flight details with the pilots in the briefing room. After the briefing, it's out to the planes to go through the pre-flight check routines.
Then it's off into the air, as a passenger, flying with an experienced pilot, where you will fly in formation searching for the enemy. This involves loops, rolls, wing overs, stall turns and after 10 minutes of flying you will be over the Indian Ocean! If your adrenalin isn't pumping already, it soon will be, because you are about to experience the thrill of a dog fight!
