Umina Beach is a beachside suburb on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Known for its long unbroken stretch of sand, which is referred to as Umina Beach and Ocean Beach, it's a popular destination just a quick 40km up the freeway from Hornsby.

Umina Beach is surrounded by the clear fresh waters of Broken Bay, Brisbane Waters, and the Hawkesbury River; and makes a good choice for day trips. There’s a wide variety of accommodation available, ranging from caravan parks to holiday cottages, plus some great local restaurants.
