Weather for Lord Howe Island

Lord Howe Island is just a short flight from both Sydney and Brisbane airports.Listed as World Heritage in 1982 because of its incredible biodiversity and unspoiled beauty, the island offers a truly unique experience. The eco system within the island is superb and originated from volcanic and submarine activity.

Activities not to miss are snorkeling the worlds most southerly coral reef, hand feeding metre long kingfish or sports fishing out in deep water, walking the many trails the island has to offer, birdwatching – look out for the Lord Howe Island woodhen, one of the rarest birds ever seen and just plain relaxing in an incredible environment.

Guests to the Island are limited to 400 at any one time and there is a choice of 18 properties for accommodation.

I like to re-locate now! Sick and tired of living here with traffic increasing, bikie gangs, rip-off traders and polluted air! Got to go there if necessary by boat claiming to be refugee from OZ. Any comments or good advises?

Great spot. If you have kids who want to meet other kids easily stay at Ocean View. It has a pool. Sounds silly on an island but it makes it much easier for only children to meet up with someone to play with.
