The Mid North Coast of New South Wales offers an array of stunning beaches, pristine rivers, ancient forests and dramatic headlands. From quaint campgrounds to buzzing resorts there are accommodation styles to suit all types of travelers.
This magnificent part of Australia stretches from Port Stephens to Coffs Harbour and inland to the ranges of Taree and the Manning Valley. Home to national parks, state forests, and rare subtropical rainforests the Mid North Coast is a bush-walkers utopia. Ellenborough Falls, reputably one of the largest drop waterfalls in the southern hemisphere, is just an hour drive from Taree.
The Mid North Coast is dotted with wonderful collections of seaside villages overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Particularly popular is Port Stephens which has a mischievous dolphin population and plenty of seaside restaurants & cafes offering an abundance of seafood and fine dining.
