Weather for Coomba Park

Coomba Park is a peaceful waterside village set on the shores of Wallis Lake. Wallabies wander at dawn and dusk, pelicans soar overhead and sea eagles meander across the peaceful skies.

Wallis Lake is excellent for swimming and suitable for all water sports. There are several islands in the lake, several of which are nature reserves with picnic facilities. Another popular past time is buying Wallis Lake Oysters straight from the fishermen, or watching the dolphins that meander in and out. The Lake also has good fishing with flathead, leather jacket, bream, whiting and luderick.

Head 31km away for excellent bushwalking in Booti Booti National park or for something completely different, take a scenic drive 65km out of town to Nabiac. This little town is home to Australia's only Amish store. Amish quilts, dolls, books, souvenirs or even lunch at the quaint Amish Country Barn are novel experiences.
