Weather for Telegraph Point

Telegraph Point is a small village on the Pacific Highway north of Port Macquarie. Located between two areas of state forest, this tiny town is a great spot for bushwalking and four wheel driving.

Named after the telegraph line that crossed its river in 1869, the town played an important role in the local logging industry of years gone by. You can still see many of the town’s old wharves, of which the best preserved is on the south bank beside the traffic bridge in Log Wharf Reserve.
