Weather for Alstonville

The beautiful historic village of Alstonville is located mid way between Ballina and Lismore on the Bruxner Highway.

Sitting atop the range (150m above sea level) overlooking Ballina and the Coast, the village is renowned for its gardens and especially its tibouchinas, which line the streets and grow in parks and gardens all over the area.

Nestled in the hinterland at the heart of macadamia, avocado, tropical fruit orchards, and coffee plantations, Alstonville offers the best of the country and the coast, allowing you to enjoy pristine beaches, beautiful rainforest and national parks.

Alstonville has a reputation for winning the tidy towns competition and has won its way into the hall of fame. Take advantage of the modern facilities and wealth of activities and natural beauty. You can still see a remnant of the 'Big Scrub' at Victoria Park leading you into this sub-tropical rainforest.

Each year in March Alstonville hosts the Alstonville Tibouchina Festival which attracts thousands of visitors to the festivities.
