Tallow Beach is Suffolk Park, or is Suffolk Park Tallow Beach? Regardless, this wonderful beach is just minutes from Byron Bay and is known as the place where the beach and the bush meet.

On the edge of the Arakwal National Park, Tallow Beach promises uncrowded waves and a 15km stretch of wild windswept coast. The northern end of Tallow Beach is normally very sheltered - welcome to Cosy Corner. If Byron is blowing a gale, then this is your best bet. The southern end backs onto Suffolk Park. There is a dog-friendly area of the beach also.
