Situated 10km south of Batemans Bay is the picturesque and historic gold mining village of Mogo. Born in the gold rush, Mogo now receives dozens of visitors to peruse its wide variety of arts and crafts.

Revisit Mogo's goldrush days at the pioneer village or pan for gold on a goldfields tour. Relax with a coffee or enjoy lunch at one of Mogo's great cafes. Also, Mogo Zoo, is the only zoological park in Australia dedicated to the conservation of exotic animals outside the public statutory zoos.

Don't just browse, open your eyes - there are some real treasures and bargains to be found. Enjoy coffee, cake and gourmet pastries - or a delicious lunch at one of Mogo's great cafes. There are unusual plants, jewellery, homewares, furniture and great pottery - and the artworks are thrilling.
