Ulladulla, with its small but enticing natural harbour, has long been a firm favourite for keen fishermen, ever since it was originally christened "Boat Harbour".
Ulladulla is also a great place for swimming and surfing, as well as bushwalking in the neighbouring Budawang Range. From late April to May, the town becomes the focus of attention on the South Coast, hosting the Blessing of Fleets Festival.
There are many experiences to be had including a day at Funland, the Wildflower Reserve, South Pacific Heathland Reserve and Pigeon House Mountain.
Activitie worth noting are:
Blessing of the Fleet Festival: Held over the Easter weekend and beyond, the Festival offers a myriad of colourful and exciting events.
Art Gallery of Ulladulla: The Gallery won a 2003 South Coast Award in Tourism. There are a number of local, national and international artists exhibiting their works. Additionally there are special temporary exhibitions
Giriwa Garuwanga: This impressive gallery has an extensive display of local indigenous art from around the area
Funland: This amusement park has rides for every age group, along with video games, kiddy rides, slot car track and there is also a tea/coffee area.Photos
