The Gold Coast is one of Australia’s premier holiday destinations. It is famous for its beaches, surf, theme parks, entertainment, shopping and hinterland and has been attracting Australian families for many decades.
Surfers Paradise is situated in the heart of the Gold Coast and is known for its high rise apartments, safe swimming and surf beaches, excellent nightlife and shopping. Visit Mt Tambourine with its amazing glow worm caves, waterfalls and walking trails or go on a wine tasting tour in the Gold Coast Hinterland. World Heritage Listed Lamington National Park is situated at the foothills of the Great Dividing Range and offers a tree top walk with magnificent views over the Gold Coast.
The Gold Coast stretches from Beenleigh and South Stradbroke Island in Queensland down to the border with New South Wales at Coolangatta and the Gold Coast International Airport.Photos
