The beautiful area from Broadbeach through Mermaid Beach, Nobby's Beach and Miami Beach to Burleigh Heads is made up of excellent surf beaches, superb dining, shopping centres and entertainment.
From Jupiters Casino at Broadbeach, the waterways around Mermaid Beach to Burleigh Heads with its National Park; the area is full of adventure activities and relaxing seaside towns.
The long stretch of beach goes all the way up from the river at Burleigh Heads to Surfers Paradise and The Spit. All beaches are safely patrolled for swimming and surfing with Broadbeach hosting the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships.
Broadbeach is popular for its Pacific Fair shopping centre, convention centre and large hotel and 24 hour casino at Conrad Jupiters. From Broadbeach there is easy access to a range of Gold Coast attractions including theme parks, scenic flights, wildlife parks and water sports. There is a range of accommodation to choose from with apartments, camp sites and hotels as well as resorts and beautiful beachfront holiday homes.
Burleigh Heads National Park has some amazing scenery and walking trails with a range of wildlife and lookouts with stunning views of the surrounding coastline. The area also brings visitors to its arts and crafts market and excellent fishing off the point.Photos
