Situated on the beautiful Gold Coast, Mermaid Beach offers a magnificent beachfront, surf break and high and low rise self contained apartment accommodation.

Famous for its 'millionaire's row' of beachfront properties on Hedges Avenue, Mermaid Beach is located only a few kilometres from Broadbeach and Pacific Fair, one of Australia's largest shopping complexes.

Known as a surf suburb of the Gold Coast, Mermaid Beach has a surf life saving club and wheelchair accessible viewing platform. There is also a wide variety of restaurants, take away food, bistro cafes and a cinema complex in the area.

Mermaid Beach is a great base to explore the neighbouring golf courses at Robina and Carrara, shopping at Surfers Paradise or head to Burleigh Heads for more surf and walking trails in the national park.
