Parkwood is a new residential community west of Labrador just to the north of Surfers Paradise.

Designed to encompass a sense of neighbourly understanding in a safe and comfortable environment, Parkwood embraces community values and is one of the Gold Coasts most modern and family focussed suburbs.

Some of the smallest home sites at Parkwood are the same size as some other estates larger blocks. There is plenty of room for kids, pets and the rest of the family. The area is close to many major sporting facilities and some of the largest shopping complexes in the state. Travel. You need only to travel 10 minutes east to reach the beaches, the Broadwater and all the major attractions of the Gold Coast. Also, the infamous theme parks such as Movieworld, Dreamworld and Wet n Wild are a short drive away.

Being the centre of contemporary family life is the main focus at Parkwood.
