Weather for Chevron Island

Chevron Island is not an official suburb of the Gold Coast, but a part of Surfers Paradise. It is within walking distance of central Surfers Paradise. Homely enough with riverfront houses and suburban streets, the island is also trendy with classy cafes and eateries along the main street.

Shops and restaurants retain a village atmosphere. Waterfront homes overlook the busy precinct of Surfers Paradise to the east and Benowa to the west. Chevron Island is in great proximity to beaches only crossing a bridge to reach Surfers Paradise with Main Beach to the north and Broadbeach to the south. Chevron is literally at the centre of the Gold Coast situated on the Nerang River between the tourist hub and the business and residential areas.

Simply cross a bridge to reach Surfers Paradise with shops, Wednesday and Friday night markets and year-round events including beach volleyball, the Lexmark Indy 300 and world champion cycling.
