Set in the foothills of the Gunalda Ranges and positioned between Tiaro and Gympie is the tiny township of Theebine. The town is crowned by the lovingly restored and historic Theebine Hotel.

Tranquil country roads, historic Queensland architecture and lush scenery are all valid reasons to visit and experience the hospitality of Theebine. Several unique attractions are within easy driving distance including wineries, bush walks and the now infamous Cheraxpark. Theebine also makes a good base to explore the Bicentenial National trail which is just a 40 minute drive away in nearby Kilkivan.

The Bicentennial National trail is the longest trail in Australia at approximately 5330 kilometres. It has been designed primarily as a horse riding trail but makes for good bush walking with campsites 30 to 40 kilometres apart.
