Adelaide's beautiful West Beach encompasses a 135 kilometer stretch of coastline and parklands just 10 kilometers from Adeaide's CBD. Here you will find Adelaide shores, home to an award-winning caravan resort and holiday village with a myriad of sport and recreation clubs and venues.
West Beach and its neighbors Glenelg Beach and Henley Beach are great spots to enjoy boating, surfing, skateboarding, tennis, sailing, swimming, fishing, tennis or golf. Adelaide Shores have extensive boat launching facilities and marine services including boat storage sheds at "Boat Haven".
There is no shortage of activities and amenities provided for visitors at Adelaide shores, and it is an ideal spot for a South Australian holiday. The parklands boast the best public golf course in South Australia, Patawalonga that has two 18-hole courses.
