Tasmania's East Coast is a coast of contrast - sunshine and sea life, wine and wildlife, crags and beaches, history and adventure. Jutting out from the sea on Tasmania's mild east coast is the rugged and beautiful Freycinet Peninsula. Freycinet National Park consists of knuckles of granite mountains all but surrounded by azure bays and white sand beaches. The park is famous for Wineglass Bay, just one of its white sandy beaches and the pure clear turquoise waters that are perfect for sea kayaking, swimming, and scuba diving.
Spend hours exploring the beaches, bays, inlets and lagoons and then climb The Hazards, jagged pink granite peaks. You’ll be astonished by the view of glorious Wineglass Bay in the Freycinet National Park.Photos
