A well maintained foreshore, superb ocean beaches, magical rock pools and ti-tree covered dunes are just some of the wonders, which attract Rye’s increasing holiday population. The town has made way for residential subdivisions and holiday homes for those who which to enjoy the pristine Bass Strait coast of this area of the Mornington Peninsula.

The beautiful white sandy beaches of Rye are complimented by its ideal location for windsurfing and surfing, cycling tracks through tea-tree, a strong retail centre, one of the Peninsula’s best private golf courses – ‘The Dunes Golf Links’ and walking tracks along the ocean beach, which offer spectacular coastal views.

The Rye jetty, a nearby boat ramp and the Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron give residents and holidaymakers full access to the delights of Port Phillip Bay.
