Well known as a surfing destination, Venus Bay is a small holiday town nestled on the golden sands of the South Gippsland. Visitors can walk, cycle or drive to the fantastic local beaches, and watch the beautiful sunset over the Southern Ocean.

Nearby Cape Liptrap Coastal Park and Anderson Inlet both offer stunning natural beauty, and are home to a diversity of native Australian flora and fauna - including kangaroos, wombats, many species of birds, and echidnas.

Venus Bay makes a great touring base to discover Wilsons Promontory National Park and Corner Inlet Marine & Coastal Parks, conveniently located approximately 1-2 hours away.

Venus Bay boasts a large number of holiday houses and units, as well as a 4 star caravan park - all located within a short distance of the coast.
