Mundesley, which is pronounced ‘Munslee’ is a quiet holiday village nestled in a valley on the rolling cliffs it has superb views out over the ocean.
Mundesley has beautiful beaches with awards for cleanliness. The beaches are patrolled by the lifeguard service in summer and every August they celebrate ‘Boat Day’ with a fund raising fete on the beach and an air-sea rescue demonstration. Also in August is the Mundesley Fair.
The Mundesley Mill, dating back to the 1700's is open to tour and just outside the town is Stow Mill, which will provide some stimulation for windmill enthusiasts.
