Holborn is at the heart of the legal profession and the area is awash with lawyers; you will find a higher concentration here than anywhere else in the country.

You must visit The Sir John Soanes Museum in Lincoln’s Inn Fields, often called 'the best museum in England'. Soanes was Professor of Architecture at the Royal Academy, and he was anxious that ‘amateurs and students’ should have access to his massive collection of artworks and books.
If you want to go and watch a criminal trial you need to head to the Old Bailey, where the public queue from early in the morning for popular cases.
