Seven Sisters

Seven Sisters is just up the line from Finsbury Park. Although it is becoming more popular with the more adventurous and is gaining by association and growing steadily outwards, it is still pretty much off the beaten track to most and there is nothing of immediate interest to draw one in.

The area has some large council estates and tower blocks among any Victorian terraces that survived the Blitz and the borough is one of London's more deprived.

Seven Sisters postcode: N15 has had recent publicity as the most ethnically diverse area in the European Union, the suburb has substantial Somalian, Turkish, Afro-Caribbean, and Polish communities.
