Shepherd's Bush is most famously home to the BBC TV studios - explore behind the scenes on a backstage tour. It is also an increasingly popular place to live and there are some good pubs, bars and restaurants, including Blah Blah Blah, London's best vegetarian restaurant. Further west, Ealing is more suburban, quieter, with a great Saturday farmers' market. The oldest film studios in the world are here, and still in use.
