The beautiful Edwardian resort of Grange-over-Sands is set between the Lake District fells and Morecambe Bay; it offers one of the mildest climates in the North.

Grange-over-Sands enjoys the best weather in the area, which has earned it the nickname 'Torquay of the north'. It was a quiet fishing village until the Victorians recognised its natural advantages and swiftly turned it into a seaside resort.

A lovely Promenade borders the wide sweeping coastline and there are great views out over Morecambe Bay. It is a perfect base to explore the fantastic Lake District Peninsula.
