The unspoilt harbour village of Boscastle lies within the parish of Forrabury and Minster on the North Cornish Coast 14 miles south from Bude and 5 miles East from Tintagel.
Boscastle lies compressed within a narrow ravine drilled by the rivers Jordan and Valency, it has a tidy riverfront that is bordered by lime washed houses.
The village is a conservation area and is amongst some of the most beautiful countryside within the British Isles. The whole area is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and owned by the National Trust.
