The Rame Peninsula is situated on Cornwall's south coast and encompasses the villages of: Millbrook, Kingsand, Cawsand, St Johns and Crafthole.
It is known locally as the 'Forgotten Corner', as it is largely ignored by the stream of tourists that visit Cornwall. It provides a haven of peace and tranquillity and is definitely worth a visit.
The area is one of great natural beauty boasting dramatic scenery, secluded beaches and magnificent walks. One such walk is the spectacular Coastal Path. This starts at Cremyll and winds through the 800-acre Mount Edgcumbe Park, which the Shell Guide has declared probably the most beautiful in England.
