Point Walter, an attractive riverside reserve with sweeping views of the Swan River is only a 15 minute drive from the centre of Perth.
The point is a great spot for a picnic or barbeque with plenty of trees providing shade from the sun. Point Walter offers safe swimming and excellent fishing. It is very popular with families on weekends.
The onsite Jetty and boat ramps provide boat access. Next door to Point Walter is the Blackwall Reach Reserve, a picturesque area of natural bush ideal for cyclists and walkers.
