Russons Restaurant is a family run restaurant, serving British Modern cuisine. As the theatre is a short stroll away, this is a great place for a pre-show meal. The restaurant is housed in a 400-year-old building and the two simply-furnished dining rooms both feature inglenook fireplaces.

The menu changes regularly to reflect the availability of seasonal ingredients. Fresh fish & seafood is the specialty here, with different choices every day. Due to popular demand the restaurant is now able to offer an officially aprroved "Slimming World" menu, allowing Slimming World Members to enjoy upto 3 courses on World's Original choice for 1 Syn, or up to 3 courses on Slimming World's Green choice for half a Syn.

Homecooked Sunday Lunch is also available (2 courses £13.95/3 courses £18.95). The set menu on Sundays offers guests a choice of both traditional roast lunch and fresh fish.

Car parking: Road side parking is available on Church Street. (Roadside parking is free of charge after 6pm). Church Street car park is open Mondays to Fridays from 6pm and all day on Saturday and Sunday.
Opening Times: Tuesday to Saturday 11am to 3pm (Last orders 2pm), 5.15pm - Late (Last orders 9pm) Sundays 12noon to 3pm (Last orders 2pm)

I only just went to Russons after having such good reveiws about from my freinds and to be honest I was totally shocked about how good the service was not to metion the food it was sublime.
