The Apple Bar is an hour and a half from Sydney along the Bells Line Road.
The Restaurant is a converted country cottage, with slick styling completed by rustic touches such as a fireplace, corrugated iron bar front and a veranda.
The former Sydney chef and liquor entrepreneur Michael Jaggard combines mouth-watering wood fired pizzas and his line of liqueurs made from native Australian.
The menu is packed full of local produce, including wood-roasted meats for the large range of pizzas that is part of the menu and opportunities to try one of their daily specials on offer.
