The Apple Bar is an hour and a half from Sydney along the Bells Line Road.

The Restaurant is a converted country cottage, with slick styling completed by rustic touches such as a fireplace, corrugated iron bar front and a veranda.

The former Sydney chef and liquor entrepreneur Michael Jaggard combines mouth-watering wood fired pizzas and his line of liqueurs made from native Australian.

The menu is packed full of local produce, including wood-roasted meats for the large range of pizzas that is part of the menu and opportunities to try one of their daily specials on offer.

We ordered four mains and one entre (requested to be served with the mains). 10 minutes later the waiter came back and told us there was a 40 minutes wait, we decided to order another entre to keep the kids happy, some fried potato we asked to get the spicy sauce replaced by tomato sauce to suit the kids ...
