Zucci Hairdressing commenced in 1984 in Ivanhoe, popularity has seen it increase its size, locations and satisfied customers. By demand, Zucci has grown into a 3 salon group with locations in the CBD, South Melbourne and Ivanhoe. The goal of all staff at Zucci is utilize "creativity - exemplary service, as well as environmental responsibility". These aims have seen the group win many awards at industry events.

Zucci also takes pride in the fact that they continue to reduce their environmental footprint by recycling waste, changing light bulbs to LED light globes, taking advantage of natural light, installing blinds to reduce over heating during summer and retain warmth during winter, installing instant heat hot water units at Ivanhoe and a Quantum hot water heat pump for South Melbourne ( the most efficient hot water heater).
