Originally from WA, food loving couple Lisette Monsello and Ian Campbell have created Pizza A La Cart, Woodfired Pizzas, the Territory's first mobile wood fired pizza business. Popping up at events right across the Top End, the Pizza A La Cart team is best known for its regular Sunday night spot at the Nightcliff Foreshore & Mindil Beach Sunset Markets, where the incredible wood oven aromas never fail to draw an impressive crowd.
