Canberra Boarding Kennels are a small and caring kennel situated on 40acres, just 15 minutes from Canberra. All dogs have their own runs, the runs for large dogs are 40 feet long and around 12 feet wide. Smaller dogs have smaller yards. Cat areas are large enough for two, with a choice between indoor or indoor/outdoor accommodation. More space makes for less stress in pets!

This is a small kennel, and the owners live on the premises, with their own family of Weimaraners, and assorted canine hangers on.

The property, Bikoo, is a Flora and Fauna Refuge, and has many endangered and threatened species of both plants and animals. Please drive carefully, as there are often kangaroos and lizards along the drive.

Opening Times: Office Hours are : 8.30 - 11 am and 3 - 5.30 pm everyday EXCEPT Wednesdays during the school term, when we are open 3 - 5.30 pm ONLY. We are also CLOSED each year on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
Location: The Kennels are on the Federal Hwy, just over the NSW border from Canberra. If you are travelling from Canberra, we are after Macs Reef Road, but before Bungendore Road, on the right hand side. There is a turning lane to make access to our drive way easy, and a sign set up on the left. If you are travelling from Sydney, we are after Lake George, and approximately 1 minute past the Bungendore Road intersection, on the Federal Hwy. It is the first driveway, and has a large, yellow cattle grid, and a large sign.
