Welcome to Pyndan Camel Tracks, the only camel tour operator in Alice Springs. A camel ride against the backdrop of the beautiful MacDonnell Ranges is a signature Red Centre experience.

Take a one hour ride or half day journey on one of our gentle camels through a picturesque valley alongside the ancient MacDonnell Ranges. See unique Australian animals like kangaroos as you experience the true beauty of the Red Centre. Feel the magic and serenity as you settle into a peaceful ride aboard our 'ships of the desert'. Owner Marcus Williams has been working with camels since 1982 and his camels are well trained.

We are located 15 minutes drive from Alice Springs. Visit our 'camel lounge' to learn about camels and browse our camel-themed souvenirs. Marcus and his wonderful camels are the real deal. We couldn't have asked for a better family adventure, the camels are so calm and the sunset ride was truly spectacular.
