Protesters Falls is a must see while exploring the Lismore Hinterland. To view the falls treck walk 700 metres, 15 minutes, through bangalow palm forests and over prostine creeks.

Located in World Heritage Nightcap National Park, the easy walk winds its way to the base of Protestors Falls at Terania Creek Picnic Area.

Swimming is not permitted in the area as it is home to the endangered Fleay's bared frog.

History
Protestors Falls were named after the protesters who carried on an anti-logging campaign here in the late 1970s and early 1980s which led to the declaration of the national park in 1983.
