The Jetty Fitness Centre is a friendly, busy gym in the Jetty Shopping Village, Orlando Street, Coffs Harbour.
They run an extensive program of classes held by experienced trainers, and have a large variety of cardio and weight machines.
No experience is necessary to reach your fitness goals, the centre is here to help you reach your target whether it is to gain basic mobility and fitness, improve general fitness, lose weight, gain strength, or reach a competitive athletic level.

- Monday - Thursday 6.00am to 8.00pm Friday 6.00am to 7.30pm Saturday 7.30am to 12.30pm Sunday 11.00am to 2.00pm
- Further Information
- Child care is available. Members are free, casual child care is $3.00 per child, bookings are essential. Mon - Fri 9.00am to 11.00 am Sat 8.30am to 10.30am
