For business travellers; the bed and breakfast is located close to the following Industrial Centres: Aberdeen Airport, Kirkhill Industrial Estate, Bridge of Don Industrial Estate , Aberdeen Science and Technology Park, RGIT Offshore Facility, Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.

For Students; Travel to both Robert Gordon's and Aberdeen Universities takes one bus (about 20-30 minutes), or a 15 minute drive.
