Toms Waterhole Wines is committed to a philosophy of regional excellence and minimum intervention. We are committed to exploring the unique flavours and character of grapes from the Canowindra district, and doing so by letting the grapes "speak for themselves."

We are a full working winery with a resident winemaker. All wines on sale are made and bottled on site. We are also contract Organic winemakers.

Whilst visiting us you can also enjoy food from our winery cafe open Friday to Sunday or otherwise by a quick phone call first. We produce our own salamis, breads, pate, chutneys and pickles which we serve in our substatial ploughmans lunches. Espresso coffee is always available. Evening groups of 10 or more people are catered for with pizza from our traditional woodfired oven. Groups are very welcome but bookings are essential.

Toms Waterhole Cellar Door is open seven days from 10:00am - 4:00pm offering more than just a wine tasting experience.
