The seclusion of this beach allows for some peaceful rest and relaxation.
It is a fishing paradise nestled amoung the trees in the Yuraygir National Park where the kids can surf, swim and canoe.
At the northern end of the beach, low tide reveals large rocky pools with an assortment of colourful algae, corals and molluscs.
These pools and similar pools at Plover Island may be explored by snorkel or by foot at low tide when the platform is most exposed.
There are toilets available in the camping area and drinking water, but no showers. PWS fees apply.
