Idleways is a self-catering holiday cottage, based in Norfolk. The cottage sleeps eight, situated on the bank of the River Thurne, Potter Heigham, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads National Park.
This is a prime fishing location, with excellent nature and bird watching opportunities. Up to forty species of bird have been spotted in the area, in particular marsh harriers, cranes and barn owls seen by day. Other wildlife, including a family of otters, shares the banks with fishermen.
Idleways comes fully equipped with mains water and electricity, so can offer all the usual creature comforts, but do remember, it is in the middle of a National Park, some way from civilisation, so this is a holiday for the adventurous.
