No words can express how disgustingly horrid every aspect of this "hotel" is. But we are so pissed off that we will try:

I booked 2 nites(24th&25th Dec) of family rooms 2 mths ago.A staff was happy to match the online price and also reserved a large family room for the same price.

Should have known when we pulled up to the back door of our room along side the garbage bins and overgrown grass and overall rubbish that it wasn't going to be good.Walk in and not much better.Very outdated and So dirty that there was no way we were sleeping in that room ... We had a great time! A group of us stayed last night and we had a ball! I don't know why people are complaining about the rooms, they may not be up to scratch but who wants to stay in a room while staying in such a beautiful town?????
