Both Kris and Joshua Barry have accumulated years of experience in the service and hospitality industry and the fresh produce market as well as boutique fine foods.

Espresso Bar - the brothers are also very passionate about coffee. They have tried many coffee's so as to be able to offer you, what they believe to be, one of the best tasting coffee's around.

Organika have chosen a certified organic coffee which is roasted in Byron Bay by a small independent Australian business.
