Balanced Body Pilates offers Classical Pilates classes run by Amanda Platt, a Pilates Foundation Teacher, fully trained in rehabilitation, pre and post pregnancy and senior population.

Pilates classes are available daily in Girton, St Ives, Huntingdon, Godmanchester, Hilton and Elsworth, at beginner and intermediate levels.

What are the benefits? By doing regular Pilates classes clients can improve their posture, increase muscle tone and stamina. Pilates also strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, boosts the immune system and improves circulation and respiration. Who is suitable for? Pilates is a gentle exercise suitable for all ages and abilities, beginners welcome. Anyone wishing to improve their posture, back pain sufferers, Sports persons and athletes, Dancers and Performers, pre and post natal also Remedial and rehabilitation work from illness and injury.
