Pat Morton Lookout

Pat Morton Lookout is located North of Ballina on the scenic coastal road. This lookout is named after one of Lennox Head's pioneers, Pat Morton.

From this lookout, spectacular views of the coast stretch North as far as Byron Bay, with an extraordinary view of Australia's most easterly point at Cape Byron.

It is also a great spot for whale watching, checking out the surfers at the point and admiring the daredevils soaring above on hang gliders.

Picnic and barbecue facilities are available. A short walk to the tip of the lookout is a must.
