Blackpool has three train stations - North, South and Pleasure Beach.
The line along Morecombe Bay and the coast to the north starts in Preston and passes through Poulton le Fylde and Layton before terminating at Blackpool North Station.
The route from the south also leaves Preston, passes along the Ribble Estuary, through Blackpool Pleasure Beach Station and terminates at Blackpool South Station. En-route it passes through the stations at Moss Side, Lytham, Andsdell and Fairhaven, St Annes and Squires Gate.
Blackpool North Train Station is a few minutes walk from the beach and Blackpool Tower.
