London Charing Cross Train Station

London Charing Cross was constructed in 1864 to meet the needs of Kent commuters getting into the heart of the capital quickly (some things never change). An interesting bit of trivia - all road distances to/ from London are measured from the "Eleanor Cross" plaque on the forecourt.
