Barry Elms BSc Hons YRT is a "Birthlight " approved Yoga teacher, who runs Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga courses, as well as birth education classes. Barry is a teacher of Indian Head massage to practitioner qualification level.

Joanne Elms BSc Hons MICHT MChS is a Breastfeeding Mother Supporter, and runs Mother & Baby Yoga classes. Joanne is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists & carries out the reflexology treatments. Reflexology can be useful in helping subfertility.
