Mount Gower Experience will provide adventurers with a guided unique experience of hiking, climbing and learning about Lord Howe Island World Heritage values and its amazing natural history.
The Mount Gower trek is an 8hr hike for the physically fit and groups of a maximum of 15 people. At 875m, the ascent of Mount Gower is considered by most climbers to be extremely challenging.
The walk starts from the end of the sealed section of Lagoon Rd at the south end of the island. Transport can be arranged.

- Mount Gower is a volcanic landmass and is the highest point on the island. The sights from the top of Mount Gower are breathtaking including views to Mt Lidebird, the lagoon below and across the ocean Ball's Pyramid.
