Body Kneads specialises in Holistic Massage and is run by Joanne Lynes who offers a mobile massage service in Helston. She has an I.T.E.C diploma in Holistic Massage and Indian Head Massage and has been performing massage for the last 4 years.

Holistic Massage treats the individual as a whole so all treatments are tailored to suit your individual needs. Appointments can be made to specificially suit you - day, evening or weekends.

Joanne also specialises in Indian Head Massage which is a treatment based on an ageless tradition of Indian Medicine known as Ayurvedic Medicine. It involves application of massage technique to the upper back and shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp.
